Ceramic Abrasive
Description
SGH and TSGH are trademarks of our Ceramic Abrasive Grain which is produced by Alumina Sol-Gel Process. They shows very high alumina content, extremely high tenacity and of uniform quality. The most common applications are for Bonded Abrasives or Coated Abrasive.
SGH is an aluminium oxide ceramic abrasive grain obtained by Sol-Gel process. Its well controlled submicron crystal structure gives it high abrasive power and excellent cutting quality.
TSGH is a high purity aluminum oxide Ceramic Abrasive Grain obtained by Sol-Gel process with complex polycrystalline microstructure composed of unique submicron crystalline of alpha alumina , magnesium alumina spinel and stabilized zirconia. TSGH has high abrasive power and excellent cutting quality.
BSGH is high purity aluminum oxide Ceramic Abrasive Grain obtained by Sol-Gel process with complex polycrystalline microstructure composed of alpha alumina, magnesium alumina spinel and a rare earth hexagonal aluminate. BSGH has high abrasive power and excellent cutting quality.
Ceramic abrasive is not smelting, the characteristics of crystallization within 3 um ceramic membrane tenacity, refine crystal shape can make abrasive levels regularly fall off, keep the self-sharpening and ordered the abrasive sharp, good processing effect working conditions are equally important, the important temperature stress is more important, make the crystal was damaged to achieve the purpose of the sharpness, ceramic abrasive for first coated with abrasive, three to five times higher than that of corundum. (ordinary 100 zirconium corundum 207 ceramicabrasive 333)
